Not Satisfied

They look nice but I am unable to use them. The dimensions of the items sent are NOT what is described on your website. I tried to clarify the dimensions of the plate through your customer service but did not get the information I needed. Even if I could use them, the brake is very difficult to engage. I would send them back but I do not want to pay for the shipping or the restocking fee. I'm not at all satisfied.

Ideal for Uneven Surfaces

I replaced the wheel-style casters on my flip-top tool cart with these ball-style casters, and they work excellently on my rough, uneven basement shop floor.
